What are the thoughts of two young people going through intense bodily and psychological transformations and reflecting on their sexuality, often asking themselves unanswerable questions about the binomials equal/different, good/bad, only happens to me/only happens to someone else?
Rita and Elias invite the audience to reflect on these questions in their most intimate place, the bedroom.
For the pleasure of not being alone is a theatre show for teenagers that addresses the theme of equality and sexual and gender diversity, as part of education for citizenship and human rights, relating it to something that is fundamental, pleasure, in a logic of respect for oneself and for others.
•
This project is centred on a social and cultural approach to sexuality, in line with the Ministry of Education's regulations which, among other competences, emphasise that young people in the 3rd cycle and secondary education should demonstrate a positive attitude towards pleasure and sexuality and identify and deconstruct existing myths about sexuality.
• Alongside the show, a Cycle of Conferences on the proposed themes can be organised.

«"Talking about these issues with teenagers is a huge challenge, but we've paid a lot of attention to working on the language so that it's closer to our target audience, which is teenagers. We've tried to adapt the language and do it in an intelligent way, not least because today when we talk about sexuality we talk a lot about protection and little about pleasure.".»
