Expression and Movement

By exploring natural and everyday movements, this training moment focuses on finding the organicity of each body in its uniqueness. Play is the axis that will serve as a mechanism for discovering the body's relationship to space and thus expanding notions of form, rhythm and flow. Contemporary dance will be the guiding thread that will help give shapes and lines to each person's creativity. Expression work will consist of linking voice and movement work. Here, imagination and spontaneity will be stimulated and improvisation work will lead children and young people on a journey of discovery through gestures and words.
